Return Policy:

• Returns must be received within 30 days of date that goods were delivered to the customer.
• Returned goods must have all shipping charges prepaid. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted. Freight collect shipments will be returned to sender, which may cause additional shipping expense and may put the shipment beyond the 30 day time frame for returns.
• Returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Custom knives and any other custom (non catalogue items) are non-returnable.
• Returned goods are tested for use. Items found to be used (even a little) are considered non-returnable and will not be refunded (goods will then be returned back to the customer).
